He spends half the lecture complaining that the tests don't let us use Calculators and Computer Algebra Systems (CAS), then the other half he teaches us how to use the CAS for issues that aren't even like those we see on the tests-we don't understand how to fix problems because he never used the chalkboard before us.

Prof. Belmonte doesn't teach at all. He only introduces a topic and proceeds to examples which leaves his students completely lost. In order to learn, most of my classmates ended up attending the lectures of a different teacher.
