Professor of Law and experienced Director of the TAMU law school Professionalism and Leadership Program with extensive academic leadership, experience as Vice Dean, Interim Dean during the law school’s transition to Texas A&M, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Extensive managerial experience in higher education, including the establishment of new degree programs and in other cities. Also oversaw all aspects of the school’s transformation in ownership, including staffing, infrastructure, faculty governance, budgetary, educational assessment, and public relations matters. Has also led student trips to Costa Rica and Accra, Ghana. And received numerous teaching awards. Scholarship focuses on housing rights, campus carry, and litigation of human right claims in US courts. Graduated from The University of Texas School (JD) and Georgetown University (AB).
