I have over 15 years of experience working in higher education. Currently, I serve as an online adjunct faculty member at a number of diverse institutions where I engage with students and facilitate their interaction and collaboration as they develop new skills and knowledge. I am also a faculty mentor at Colorado State University-Global Campus where I train new faculty, facilitate professional development trainings for current faculty, and encourage excellence through ongoing evaluation and communication of best practices.
I have been a subject matter expert for Wilmington University and CSU-Global Campus, developing a number of diverse courses in Linguistics and TESOL methods. I also served as a faculty manager for an international partnership program between Saudi Electronic University and CSU-Global Campus. Finally, I have recently become a certified peer reviewer through Quality Matters. I enjoy learning about online course development and sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
