I am essentially a teacher and learner of people and their potential as thriving individuals in the organizations in which they work. With a principled approach that appreciates the worth and capabilities inherent in human beings, I have developed effective practices in research, development, and leadership of people and organizations.
For the past decade, my experience has been focused in the area of higher education, both in a teaching capacity and in a professional support role to faculty, staff, and administrators in achieving College goals and navigating the complexities of change in our industry.

Prepared and delivered healthy meals to FFF clients throughout the city of New Orleans.
Worked with steering committee of this urban K-6 school to secure charter status. Facilitated the mission, vision, and objectives with faculty, staff, steering committee, and parents that would ultimately be included in the school's charter application.
