I am currently a Catholic Missionary serving the campus ministry at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). As a missionary I reach out to students each week on campus forming new relationships, I call students into deeper friendships with one another and with Jesus, and I help to form students in faith and maturity so that they can thrive after they are done with their college career.
In May of 2019 I graduated from Rutgers with a B.A. in Planning and Public Policy as well as a minor in Philosophy. Studying at Rutgers was a great experience and helped me to learn about the key issues in policy today as well as methods to address them. Furthermore studying philosophy enabled me to engage with many difficult questions and how to address arguments.
For my career goals, I intend to serve as a missionary with Saint Paul's Outreach for the next two years. In terms of the policy field, I enjoy both space and tourism policy a great deal so I am eager to continue my interest in them during my time on mission.
In the summer of 2018, I was an intern at Greener by Design, LLC an environmental and sustainability consulting firm located in New Brunswick. As an intern, I conducted research on the latest developments in energy policy, interacted with several government and non-profit agencies, and also drafted white papers for clients.
During the 2017-2018 academic year I was also a part of the executive board of Rutger's Catholic Student Association. This opportunity enabled me to practice my public speaking skills by guiding discussions at our weekly meetings and taught me how to work as a team with the other board members.
