"STRATEGY" is the stewardship of "MEANS" (people, resources, functions, capacities, skills, opportunities, capital, time) towards accomplishment of "ENDS" (goals, desired outcomes, visions, purposes).

I view success in the marketplace not as an end in itself but rather as a means to changing the world for better. A higher purpose in business positively impacts people, planet, processes, products, and, also, profits.
