Professor Vaz is honestly the worst teacher I've ever had. If you don't understand something, don't bother asking a question because he won't actually answer it, he"ll just be insulting and rude. His lectures are confusing and unclear and he will get mad if you don't know something. If you get stuck taking this class, your only hope is reading the book. Do NOT take this class.

Professor Vaz doesn't explain topics well. Consider yourself doomed if you have never taken the subject because he will not slow down for you. He has obvious favorites in the class. If a small part of the class is doing well, he assumes everyone is doing well, which is not a very efficient way of teaching. And don't even bother asking questions. He will just interrupt you.
