Professor Kaliba is foreign so, you'll need to be able to understand his accent. He's the only teacher that you can take for Economics 275. With this, just get to know your classmates and take advantage of group me. He's not a hard grader, especially when he knows that you're trying. Overall, Mr. Kaliba was a pretty fair instructor.
