I lead a section of 12 dancers with various backgrounds of dance experience into performing about 30 minutes of Latin American folk dance. I participated in planning and coordinating auditions

and group publicity events. I was also a performer in which we presented a 90 minute cultural show to a variety of audiences from Arizona

As a workshop instructor in Chile
I worked with a team to advice groups of 5-20 aspiring entrepreneurs the fundamentals of creating a business plan. I also coached individuals on how to build distinguished micro businesses. Lastly we qualified future trainers with knowledge of the workshop and basic teaching skills.

Interpretation Coordinator
I lead a team of native and non-native Papiamento speakers for special conferences broadcasted across the world. I also conduct special training meetings to help new interpreters ease into the skill of interpreting. I adjust translated scripts to better fit the live interpretation. Apart from being the team coordinator
I also interpret for the General worldwide broadcasted conferences and special devotionals available to about 250
000 Papiamento speaking individuals.

I utilized Davies’ Corpus de español to examine the variance within common pseudo clefts. I surveyed a 1700’s Spanish document for orthographic variance
grammar
and word histories. I analyzed and photocopied monthly Puerto Rican club minutes dating back from the early 1900’s up until the 1980’s. I transcribed five interviews of two hours length given to children of the 1901 Puerto Rican immigrants to Hawaii.
