Since May 2006, I have had the opportunity to work in Hospice & Home Health Services, lead grief support groups, conduct a number of psychosocial education groups, conducted internal auditing, assisted in some research projects, supervised social workers at a state hospital on a forensic unit, and later Maximum Security, and provided educational enrichment to students pursuing their Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. I have enjoyed conducting several CEU courses, working with colleagues in diverse ways, and have especially enjoyed empowering social work students to pursue their dreams. For the past 4 1/2 years, I have enjoyed teaching undergraduate students on an adjunct basis for the following courses: Human Behavior 1 & 2, Intro to Social Work, Intro to Social Welfare, and Senior Capstone Seminar (for Multidisciplinary Students in their final research phase). I look forward to continuing to teach and hope to work on additional research seminars in the future.
