I wouldn't recommend buying the textbook. This person goes out of his way to ensure that you do well in class. He provides study guides, practice examinations, quizzes, video links, diagrams, and review sessions. Literally everything you need! Attendance is rarely taken, however I encourage that you attend class. You'll have no issue getting a decent grade if you use all of the resources he provides.

Prof. Alejandro is amazing! Because I am not a scientific major, this class made Biology fascinating and understandable without requiring much work on top of my other classes. We only had a few online tests and quizzes were used to grade the students. 10/10 would recommend this class!

Professor D'Brot is a super cool young guy whose lectures were interesting. His classes were lecture-based on readings and does pollev. So, you can do pollev from home and don't need to go to class. His class consists of five open-notes tests and take-home quizzes per week. He wants everyone to get an A. He knows this is a non-science major class.

Professor D'Brot is one of the best that I've ever had. He's really passionate about what he's teaching and it's exciting to learn from him. He's very organized and gives clear instructions and expectations. You can really see that he truly cares about his students, not only in terms of our success in the classroom but also on a personal level.

Doctor D'Brot is a wonderful teacher who has put a tremendous amount of effort, into providing many resources to his students. For each theory class, we had the Canvas presentation filled with helpful photos, a study guide, literally everything on the test, a diagram, and a practice quiz. Also, he's very computer-savvy.

Professor D'Brot's Biology class is easier than the high school one. For the non-major biology class, there are five canvas, thirty-five multiple-choice exams with no finals. Each week there's a five-question quiz, but they are very easy and you have a couple of chances to get it right on the canvas. Also, the laboratory is very easy and you're basically guaranteed 100%, and this represents 40% of your grade.

I took Professor D'Brot for Biology 2 for my major. I can say he's great. He's really willing to help. There's a random pop quizzes once a week for attendance. So, go to class and easy points. I suggest you don't bother buying the textbook since tests are lecture-based.

Professor D'Brot is very amazing. His lectures were truly interesting. His exams were based on slides, so you don't need the textbook. They are very fair though. In addition, he's always accessible and helpful outside of class, during office hours.

Doctor D'brot is my favorite professor at Southern Methodist University. It was a larger class and he still cared and tried to know people's names. His exams were open notes. Yes, there's a lot of material in class but you'll be fine if you do it. Also, You can speak with him outside the classroom and you'll learn a lot. Honestly, I learned a lot in this course. If you need Uc credit, take this class.

Professor D'Brot is a great teacher, but only if you pay attention. His lectures are really interesting and he teaches in a way that makes it easy to remember. He's a quiet chill one as well. He wants you to learn and he's not just up there because it's his job. And if you don't make an effort to pay attention, you won't do too well in his class.

Doctor D'Brot teaches the Biochemistry laboratory class, in a very engaging way. It shows that he really cares about everyone's success and mastery of the material. Also, he's always available to answer questions via Canvas or during office hours. Overall, I would recommend him for this course and any other course.

Professor D'Brot is great. He's a solid choice in Introduction for Biology. He's quite a simple one too. He will drop a test and exempt you from the final exam if you get an A for all those five tests. I can say that practice problems will help you. Also, do the Study Guides, they are there for a reason. And if you pay attention during lectures and do what he recommends to study, you should do well on the exams.
