You have to have taken this course before because he does not give you anything. No Power Point, No Notes, No writing on the black board. No background knowledge is available, You can not find a single reference in the library to cover this guy. You can try to do Earned Value but since there is nothing presented, there is nothing that you can assign a value to! Total waste of my tuition money and my time sitting in his class.
