Awful

Professor Cavazos-Garza is not organized, does not reply to email on time, sometimes does not reply at all.. Better to go off the syllabus but she also does not follow it. You'll also have no idea the grade the entire semester. I wouldn't steer clear to this Professor unless you'll love to be stressed and frustrated. I would never take her again.
