Professor Anwar really cares about students learning and he won't be making any compromises to fix grades or the like. The exams are almost entirely from the homework, and while most grades are low, the scaling is very heavy. Apart from that partial credit is given fairly. If you're an EE, take the class.

After teaching this class over the summer, Professor Anwar found that it would be easier for him to just tell his students to watch the videos he had recorded instead of actually teaching. He had us all meet in person on Fridays so that he could yell at the class and not answer questions. The videos were difficult to understand as they were simply pictures of his poor handwriting.
