Professor Nyerges was so much fun, and you really just needed to pay attention in lectures. You didn't even really need to read the textbook. You do need to memorize tons of stuff. You need to memorize tons of stuff in the timeline as well as the terms. You need to ask if you want feedback.

Professor Nyerges is one of my favorite instructors. He loves when students think critically and is both funny and accessible. He can be tough with grading though. But, he gives students many chances for success when they attend his classes, lab lessons and read the material. His classes convinced me to switch to an anthropology major. Overall, I recommend his classes.
